Construction of 1-2 storey community centre (including hall, multi-purpose rooms and children’s play area) in north-west corner of site, associated landscaping, revised parking and access arrangements, new pedestrian pathways and building identification signage, following demolition of existing ‘Don Moore’ community centre building and tree removal. This application is to be determined by the Sydney Central City Planning Panel.
