D'Albora Marina

The proposal is part land-based and part water-based consisting of the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new contemporary two-storey building consisting of retail tenancies, café, restaurant with outdoor dining, marina lounge and administration office, a gymnasium for members of the marina only, boating workshop, carparking for 31 spaces and the removal of two (2) street trees that are on the State Heritage Register
