DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF 144 BED AGED CARE FACILITY

a) demolition of part of Cooinda Aged Care Facility including Coates House, Function room, and maintenance workshop; and storage/garage building;
b) Construction of 144 new beds (4 buildings each with two (2) levels of 18 single rooms) to increase the total to a 214 bed facility;
c) ancillary cut and fill (earthworks) and retaining walls; and
d) Associated connections to utilities, landscaping, driveways and vehicle parking and manoeuvring areas.
