Demolition of Dwelling, Subdivision and Contruction of three RFB's

Demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings, removal of trees on site, four lot Torrens title subdivision, construction of three residential flat buildings as follows:
- Building A: 5 storeys containing 50 x 2-bedroom apartments.
- Building B: 5 storeys containing 23 x 2-bedroom apartments.
- Building C: 2 storeys containing 9 x 2-bedroom apartments.
The proposal seeks a total of eighty-two apartments and includes basement carparks, and associated works including landscaping, road construction and dedication of land to Council.
The proposal is identified as Nominated Integrated Development, requiring approval from the NSW Office of Water pursuant to the Water Management Act 2000. The proposal is also identified as Integrated Development, requiring approval from the NSW Rural Fire Services pursuant to the Rural Fires Act 1997.
Liverpool City Council is the consent authority, and the Sydney West Joint Regional Planning Panel has the function of determining the application
