Development Application - Educational Facility

Demolition of existing ancillary structures and tree removal, Site establishment works including ground contouring, stormwater drainage connection works, Change of use of the existing residential dwelling to a administration and staff facilities, Construction of new modular buildings including four (4) GLAs and student amenities, Construction of two new driveways with access to a new on-site car parking facility, Construction of a waste storage room, New hard and soft landscaping.Two stages:-
Stage 1A:
- Demolition of existing ancillary structures and tree removal,
-Site establishment works including ground contouring, stormwater drainage connection works
- Change of use of the existing residential dwelling to a administration and staff facilities,
-Construction of new modular buildings including four (4) GLAs and student amenities,
-Construction of two new driveways off Sixth Avenue with access to a new on-site car parking facility that contains twenty (20) cars (including one (1) accessible parking space and six (6) pick up and drop off parking spaces),
- On-site bicycle parking spaces
- Construction of a waste storage room,
- New hard and soft landscaping including new Bodhi tree,
- Student capacity of 96 students (Years K – 6) and 8 Full Time Equivalent staff.
Stage 1B:
- Construction of four (4) GLAs, a hall and storage room.
-Public domain works to Sixth Avenue including new footpath, half-road width construction of Sixth
Avenue and ten (10) pick up and drop off parking spaces.
-Student capacity of 192 students (Years K – 6) and 12 staff (an additional 4 staff).
