Demolition of one existing carpark on site, retention of the existing hotel and pub on site with the proposed development, comprising tree removal, associated earthworks, and Construction of an 8-storey hotel and motel accommodation building in the southern portion of the site. The hotel proposes (3) three-levels of basement parking consisting of 195 parking spaces. The hotel building includes a lobby, an ancillary café, a lounge area, meeting rooms, an office, a restaurant, a ballroom, an outdoor swimming pool, back-of-house facilities, and a loading dock, as well as business identification signage and associated landscaping
