Development Assessment - Resource Recovery Facility

Construction and operation of a resource recovery facility with a projected annual volume of 98,000 tonnes including the installation of a weighbridge, hardstand, office, processing shed, retaining walls and associated works. This application relates to the building and associated structures to future proposed lot 6 only. A separate DA has been lodged for the subdivision works including roads and drainage.
