Enclosing the Level 2 carpark in the Health Education Research Building to create a new functional space of ~3,500 sqm. Fit-out of the space to create the School Office, PVC office-suite, workspace and teaching spaces (SIM Labs and tutorial rooms), as well as access links between level 2 and level 3. Relocation of the SoNM staff and equipment from existing locations (Richardson Wing, Drama Building and Shortland Building) on campus to the newly redeveloped space.  Upgrades to plant and equipment as required to support the new space.
