Expand the existing Lytton Sand Quarry to access additional high-quality sand reserves directly adjoining the current extraction area. The expansion will extend the approved extraction footprint, continue shallow below-ground sand extraction and screening activities, and implement staged rehabilitation consistent with existing practice allowing a maximum annual extraction volume of 100,000t.
