The proposal includes 287m2 of retail floorspace; 1,173m2 of commercial floorspace; ,203 residential units with associated pool, gymnasium, and function room plus 139 parking spaces. The application is Nominated Integrated Development under the Water Management Act 2000 and will be determined by the Sydney Central City Planning Panel
