Demolition of existing structures and the stage construction of twelve(12) mixed use buildings ranging in height between 7 and 13 storeys, comprising shop top housing for 865 apartments (68 studios, 209 one bedroom, 476 two bedroom and 112 three bedroom apartments (including 31 affordable housing units), ground floor commercial (retail tenancies and a child care centre) tenancies, four levels of basement car parking for 1177 vehicles, civil works, drainage construction, road construction, service installation, landscaping, staged subdivision and associated site works.
