Proposed modification to Notice of Determination No. JRPP-16-03323 for the demolition of existing dwellings and construction of a part 6 and part 7 storey RFB containing 98 units and 2 levels of basement car parking for 146 cars. The proposed modification is to increase the height of each level by 100mm from 3m to 3.1m (floor to floor) to facilitate the integration and provision of services within the building. The effect of this is a height increase to the overall building by 600mm.
