Original proposal: Stage 2 Integrated development application for demolition of the existing structures, construction of 2x8 storey shop top housing development containing lots E1.1 and E1.2 (Lot 51) including 14 commercial tenancies, 133 residential apartments, 2 basement levels of parking with 137 car spaces, an urban plaza, associated site, remediation and landscape works (variation to height of building) (Heritage Item).
