Precinct 75 - 73 Mary St St Peters

To construct an integrated, staged, mixed-use development of Precinct 75 as commercial/light industrial tenancies, 230 build-to-rent residential housing units and a community facility, with Stage 1 of the development comprising site preparation, demolition, excavation, and remediation works; construction of Buildings A, B, C; reconstruction of Building 8 and construction of associated basement; Construction of Council Artist’s Studio in Building 6; Construction of publicly accessible open spaces; restoration and make good of 67 Mary Street; re-finishing of Makers Way; and ongoing operation of the Stage 2 site; with Stage 2 of the proposal comprising alterations and additions including reconfigurations to existing Buildings 1, 2, 6 and 7 including partial demolition, construction of new levels and extensions.
