The modifications include changes to basement and ground floor levels and landscaping including:

• Increase in parking from 112 to 123 spaces;
• Removal of fire stairs;
• Relocation of plant room and bicycle parking;
• Reduction of basement floor level by 300mm to provide clearance for services;
• Changes to waste storage arrangements and addition of water tanks;
• Removal of pedestrian ramps and replacement with additional storage;
• Addition of a basement lobby and replacement of communal room with manager’s room and W/C;
• Relocation of hydrant booster and sprinkler valves to the Thorogood Boulevard street frontage;
• Associated changes to landscaping.
