Residential Care Facility Containing 104 Beds

The proposed development comprises:
• Vegetation removal;
• Site Excavation and civil engineering works;
• Construction of a Residential Care Facility building containing 104-beds with ancillary uses for enjoyment of future residents of the facility;
• Car parking for 32 vehicles including 25 basement car parking spaces, 6 at-grade car parking spaces and 1 ambulance parking space;
• Business identification signage associated with the RCF use and operator;
• New landscaping; and
• Vehicular access to basement car parking and loading/unloading facilities via Mackillop Drive and short-term, drop-off and emergency vehicle access and parking via Firewheel Place.
