School Building Development

Demolition of existing buildings, construction of 16 classrooms, reconstruction and extension of the existing carpark, tree removal, landscaping and associated site works. The school would accommodate some 112 students between
Kindergarten and Year 12. It is estimated that there would be 36 staff employed at the School.
The new school would consist of:
• Demolition of the existing school buildings except the existing library;
• Construction of single storey 16 classrooms;
• an administration building
• hydrotherapy pool;
• Reconstruction and extension of the existing car park;
• Upgrade of the existing access way off Wilson Crescent;
• Provision of a new pick up/drop off area internal to the site;
• Storage Garden, Bulk & Cleaning;
Pedestrian circulation – footpath, covered walkways, ramps
• ICT infrastructure (including electronic surveillance)
• Connection to services
• Stormwater provision
• Perimeter fencing
• Identification and wayfinding signage
• Outdoor seating
• Storage
• Landscaping and siteworks
