Section 96(2) application to modify Development Consent No. 13/197 to increase the height of the approved building to 14 storeys, increase the total number of basement car parking spaces to 478 spaces, reduce the unit sizes to be in line with the amended SEPP65 and the Apartment Design Guide, minor changes to the building envelope to change the building depth, reduce the depth of individual apartments and improve access to natural light and air. Changes to conditions of consent to correct a misdescription on the development description and to change certain conditions relating to landscaping and services.
