Solar Farm (Modification)

Section 4.55(2) modification application to Warrumbungle Shire Council (Council) to modify DA19/2023, including changes to the stamped layout plans, as well as the inclusion of a BESS. The proposed Modification includes:
• Approx. 10.5ha fenced area (previously 24.4 ha fenced area)
• 2 x 2.93 MW inverters, 5 MW export limit (previously 2 x 2.93 MW AC Inverters, 5MW export limit)
• 10m APZ as inner boundary setback, including a newly proposed 3m firebreak within the 10m APZ (previously 10m APZ as inner boundary setback)
• Approx. 11,100 solar modules (previously approx. 12,300 solar modules)
• Four (4) Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)
• Associated facilities
• Minimal earthwork and vegetation clearance where necessary
