South Jerrabomberra Concept Plan and Stage 1

1) A concept Development Application that sets out a concept proposal at South Jerrabomberra urban release area, including stages, road layout and hierarchy, parks and open space, landscape masterplan, identification of recreation areas and biodiversity stewardship agreement. AND 2) A detailed proposal for stage 1 of development at South Jerrabomberra urban release area including subdivision of land to create 161 residential lots, 1 open space lot detention basin, 2 residue lots, associated roads, infrastructure and landscaping
