The Central Precinct Renewal Program (CPRP) is focused on renewing the land in and around Sydney’s Central Station to create a vibrant and exciting place for business and the community.
In 2024, the NSW Government decided not to proceed with the over station development (OSD) component of the Central Precinct’s original masterplan. The revised masterplan has now been prepared and its associated revised rezoning application is being considered by the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. Finalisation of the CPRP masterplan is expected in late 2025.
Refer to the TfNSW Central Precinct Renewal Program website for more information.
