Scope

This has involved: 

  • Holding 6 council co-design workshops, where 232 attendees represented 92 councils, to identify pain points and prioritise backlog items
  • Realigning the NSW Planning Portal to create a more intuitive, user-centric experience.
  • Co-designing the Portal with users.
