It is proposed that the owner transforms the existing commercial kitchen into a residential kitchen and relocates it to the rear of the house, in the enclosed verandah area. It is proposed that the existing commercial kitchen space is transformed into a family bathroom as well as a new bedroom - the two rooms separated by the construction of a single new internal wall. Finally, it is proposed that the owner build a continuous external access ramp from the front of the house to a new side entry landing.
