I would like to replace 9m of my fence line that faces the road with the front of a garage as a few other houses in my street have done, I will be at least 500mm away from my neighbours fence line that runs down one side of my garage .I would also like to remove 7x7m of my current concreate driveway that is on the inside of my fence in my backyard and replace it with a 9x7m concrete slab where the garage will eventually be built on top of, then install new driveway under 5m wide running from garage to road.
