The proposed pool is to be located in the western portion of the rear private open space of the dwelling existing onsite, which is currently undergoing alterations and additions. The pool will include surrounding paving at the podium level and a proposed new planter along the northern side. The pool will be resort style with a wet edge and water reservoir and a floating resort style deck to the southern portion. 1.2m high pool safety fencing and a gate are also proposed.
