Demolition of two internal walls. Addition of three new structural beams and five new columns. Reposition and straighten out the kitchen wall on the northern façade (see attached architectural & structural drawings).New anodised aluminium doors and windows to the north on the ground and first floor. Replacement of one ground floor window with similar.
Renovation of kitchen, bathrooms, new floor coverings throughout, replace existing paving, install gas hot water, gas fireplace and air conditioning.
