Appin (Part) Precinct Finalised Plans

The Department has reviewed feedback on the exhibition and approved the final Precinct Structure Plan and Development Control Plan for the Appin (Part) Precinct.

These final plans were refined following extensive feedback from the community, councils and state agencies. The Department considered 47 submissions in the finalisation of the plans.

The consultation process identified several matters to be addressed following exhibition. As such, the Precinct Structure Plan and Development Control Plan have been amended.

The draft plans prepared by Walker Corporation, were available for public feedback from Monday, 8 September, to Monday, 6 October 2025.

The Appin (Part) Precinct was rezoned on 15 December 2023. Find out more about the precinct on our Appin webpage.
