CSR Pty Ltd has lodged a development application with Fairfield City Council for an industrial subdivision to create 14 lots for future employment uses at 327 – 335 Burley Road, Horsley Park. In support of the application, CSR has prepared a draft development control plan in accordance with the requirements of State Environmental Planning Policy (Western Sydney Employment Area) 2009. The development control plan will guide the development of the site over time. In particular, it will outline the relationship between the site and adjoining land uses and mitigation measures intended to protect the amenity of existing residents.
