Proposed changes to minimum lot sizes for semi-detached dwellings in residential areas of the North West and South West Priority Growth Areas

We are proposing changes to planning controls in the North West and South West Growth Areas. They include changes to minimum lot sizes for semi-detached dwellings in all residential areas for all rezoned Precincts in the North West and South West Growth Areas. The Development Control Plans for all rezoned Growth Centre Precincts will also be amended to reflect the new minimum lot size for semi-detached dwellings and to amend the wording of the lot mix control. We encourage interested stakeholders and the community to comment on the proposed changes. You can provide feedback up to 15 February 2016.
