Riverstone East Stage 3 Indicative Layout Plan
Riverstone East, Stage 3 is located in the North West Growth Area, approximately 40km northwest of the Sydney CBD in the Blacktown Local Government area.
The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (the Department) exhibited the Riverstone East, Stage 3 draft Indicative Layout Plan (ILP) and discussion paper from 15 February 2024 to 14 March 2024 and finalised the rezoning in May 2025. Feedback received during exhibition helped inform the finalisation of the ILP.
Stage 3 land has been rezoned according to the final plan and amendments made to the State Environmental Planning Policy (Precincts – Central River City 2021).
