State Environmental Planning Policy (Infrastructure) 2007 Review


The Department of Planning and Environment is reviewing the State Environmental Planning Policy (Infrastructure) 2007 (Infrastructure SEPP). The Infrastructure SEPP is the most frequently used planning policy for public infrastructure projects in NSW. The 2017 review has a strong focus on improving delivery of social infrastructure and on core government services. We welcome your feedback on the Explanation of Intended Effect that outlines the key points of the proposed amendments for the Infrastructure SEPP. Submissions can be made until 7 April 2017.
