The NSW Department of Planning and Infrastructure is currently reviewing submissions received on proposed changes to create consistent and rigorous planning controls for the 11 State Sport and Recreation Centres in NSW. The changes proposed in State Environmental Planning Policy (Infrastructure) Amendment (Sport and Recreation) 2013 apply to centres on the NSW South and far North Coasts, and in the Sydney, Hunter, New England, Central West, Murrumbidgee and Alpine regions.
