Scope

Strengthen NSW Planning Portal delivery by implementing and embedding a dedicated operating and process model. 

This involves exploring factors such as: 

  • Expanding existing processes and frameworks to the NSW Planning Portal.
  • Clarifying stakeholder roles.
  • Continuing to stabilise workforce through moving towards ongoing employment.
  • Managing net cost of service.
  • Revise existing governance for the program and update as required.
