Kempsey Shire' new Development Control Plan 2026. The draft DCP had already been publicly exhibited 18/12/2025 to 10/02/2026. The final version DCP 2026 was endorsed by Council 16 June 2026, notified to public, DPHI and Planning Secretary as required under EP&A Regulation 2021 and adopted 1 July 2026.
We require this adopted DCP document to be placed on both the Planning Portal and the NSW Spatial Viewer for public access.
