Penrith Development Control Plan 2014 Review

A draft amendment to Penrith DCP 2014 has been prepared. The amendment introduces a new structure and format for the DCP, along with administrative updates and other minor changes. These updates are needed to ensure Penrith DCP 2014 remains accurate, is easy to use, and is responsive to current legislation and the community's needs.

The amendment to Penrith DCP 2014 is on public exhibition from 10 April 2026 to 12 May 2026.

The exhibition material can be viewed on Council's Your Say Page, or in person at the Penrith Civic Centre, Penrith Library and St Marys Library.
