Please ensure the proposed road reserve and finish levels of 'Central Loop West' aligns and provide appropriate connectivity to facilitate future development of the properties along the rear of 155 to 205 Badgerys Creek Road.

Finished levels and road reserves should allow for future connectivity such as drainage, utilities, pedestrian and vehicular access.

There should not be narrow residue lot/s between these private properties and the road reserve as this will impede future access and connectivity to the road system.

Road construction should be entirely constructed to full widths with proper kerb, gutters, pedestrian paths on both sides, and permanent stormwater drainage pipes/systems.

Furthermore, the proposed road, 'Innovation North', should be moved slightly south so that the intersection with 'Central Loop Road' aligns in the centre of the common boundary of 145 and 155 Badgerys Creek Road to facilitate future half-road construction between these lots and connectivity to the intersection.
