The public infrastructure in this locality is long been stalled and not enough for another high density housing. There are already many approved apartments in construction. Please convert this project to townhomes

The area is already overcrowded, this project was initially identified and advertised as low rise houses like Townhouses, now has turned into Full Affordable Housing

There is no parking around, no park, no appropriate schooling Arrangements, the public transport is not organised to support the demand.

The Grina Street is a housing community those townhouses which doesn't have enough street parking either.

Why is everyone being sacrificed in interest of government's interest and looks the builders are being favoured.

I object this development

1) Over crowding in the area – I don’t have to specifically list this up, as we are all struggling with this, even now.
2) Parking challenges – 63 apartments – 31 car parking spaces – Ok that ratio doesn’t make sense. There will be an overflow, and this will impact the streets we are in. We will have no control over who parks even within the complex.
3) We don’t have the infrastructure to handle this extra crowd. We don't have a park to handle kids
4) Safety aspects for residents - We have a lot of young families with children around. We dont want to take the risk when it comes to safety
5) Not to mention, 6 storey apartment is an eye sore
6) Having a 6 storey apartment, classified as affordable housing, will definitely impact our property values (which as of such is lower than the average Schofields property value)
We definitely don't want this in our complex
