at the rear of the project south creek side there should be a bung wall erected to stop noise leving the site as it is going to be a 24 hour facility noise will afect residents along luddenham rd and twin creeks becouse these areas are rural residentall areas also this project involves b double truck movements this project should be put on hold till mamre rd is upgraded to multie lane road at the moment its still a county rd with no lights at intersections with resedental areas of st clair

Since this development is surrounded by residential areas (Twin Creek Estate, Mandalong Close, other neighbours and my own), the said premises should be restricted to operate silently during the nightly hours (10pm night to 6am morning), kind of a curfew against loud noisy operations.

Also, if the development incorporates a huge carpark for 375 cars, please ensure Mamre Road can handle this additional traffic, otherwise impose condition on developer to increase width of Mamre Rd by adding one additional lane in both directions.
