I refer to SSD 5374 .

Sealkee Holdings Pty Ltd as owner of Suite 805, 38 Hickson Road, Millers Point NSW 2000 objects to the above development.

The reason for the objection is:

1. A failure by the applicant to provide a clear map for the development
2. A failure by the applicant to consider the impact of the development on the owners and residents located in 38 Hickson Road, Millers Point and nearby on the amenities (amongst other things the views for those residents which will be obstructed) of those residents.
3. A failure by the applicant to publish a document which enables recipients of the proposed application to consider the impact of the development on the amenity of nearby owners and residents (including views)

Thank you for your assistance.

There are some issues with the selection of trees - in particular the Honey Locust - a nxious plant which is renowned for reverting tot he wild form used as the stock for grafting the select variety mentioned. This stock bears long thorns and becomes unsighhtly. The species is also a declared Noxious Plant in NSW, and while not so in Sydney, that is because the problem is already so far advanced (and the population so dense along waterways) that the cost of control stops it's declaration.

We should use, value and promote Australian Trees in this landmark site. Whty can't we have an avenue of Illawarra Flame Trees and Silky Oaks to welcome visitors. It is disapponting the only native plants listed in the planting scheme (forest red gums) are also noted as 'temporary'. I guess that's the preferrred view of Californians - who were also the people that drew up the plans.

Attachment of PDF - same complaint as before.

However - I would recommend that a comment / note below where you add the files to the submission BELOW, stating that only PDFs will be accepted THERE, where you are looking, not ABOVE in the blue box you read quickly, would be a much more useful way of designing the website for submissions....
