My concerns relate to: Due to the massive size of the Warehouse Development centre with 24/7 operation, surely the traffic would be significantly increased in all aspects. The area traffic is already terrible and congested with cars, Semis/Trucks. Parking is an issue (trucks parked as well), though development caters for that, but to what extent. As no definite knowledge of the traffic (when the complex is built) is known now, some restrictions may need to be implemented. As this is in the Exhibition stage, it's all hypothetical, and the detriment won’t be realised until it’s too late.
As this development is a massive project and will be long, time wise in construction. When it does commence, with trades, traffic, plant, machinery and all aspects associated with its construction, there needs to be assurance that there will be No Detriment to Owners of property, Businesses that have leased property in the vicinity, in all aspects.
The disclosure of this Development, being such a massive one with so much information to digest so near to Christmas required more time for people to evaluate and consult.
