I am in support of this project. But as someone who lives directly across from the proposed site, I am concerned about the dust that might fly around. I am allergic to concrete powder and dust (I take antihistamines) and would like to know what will be done to minimize the about of dust and building work dust that will be around while this project is being built.

Clarity is requested to provide information to WSLHD on how the critical services are being proposed/connected (ie, gas, water and electricity supplies) to link to the project.
