Thank you for your email below requesting comment from the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) on the proposed Darlington Terraces Mixed Use Development (SSD-7539).
CASA has reviewed the elevation drawings for the proposed development and notes that the buildings will be 2 – 3 storeys high and less that the height of some of the infrastructure in the vicinity. Therefore CASA has no objections to the proposal.
