Official Caution issued to Dongwha Australia Pty Ltd (MP07_0161, Snowy Monaro LGA)

On 23 September 2021, the Department issued an Official Caution to Dongwha Australia Pty Ltd (Dongwha) for failing to revise and submit the Dust and Wood Residue Monitoring and Management Plan for the Secretary's approval prior to the commencement of operation of the 15 MW wood-fired boiler, in accordance with the conditions of consent. Dongwha subsequently submitted the revised management plan for assessment on 15 September 2021.
