Message
I support this project in constructing housing next to a metro station. However, such development so close to such infrastructure questions the need for over 800 car spaces, given the ability for residents to use the metro and its ample bus connections. Its proximity to Castle Towers using bus/metro, and walking distance to the local high school does not justify the need for so many car spaces.

Project is set to 16 levels. This is already a generously tall building. For there to be 2 more levels and less parking is not a sensible move. We will be impacted with high rise buildings for it to be the most boring basic building
