Fire Safety Order issued to 23-37 Lindfield Ave, Linfield/11 Havilah Lane, Lindfield (MP08_0244) Ku-ring-gai LGA

On 27 November 2023, NSW Planning issued Fire Safety Orders to the owners of 23-37 Lindfield Ave, Linfield/11 Havilah Lane, Lindfield to remove identified external wall panels on the building consisting of Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP). ACP is combustible and poses a fire safety risk. The owners are required to replace the identified ACP with a compliant non-combustible product, implement other fire safety measures (including interim) and provide relevant milestone reports.
