I object to this project because there are a large number of vacant medical offices in Hyde Parade Campbelltown and surrounding areas. I think that this is an inappropriate time for further development in this area, as a lot of businesses are struggling, due to the present economic conditions. We have had a vacant office in Hyde Parade for fourteen months and the vacancy rates in Hyde Parade have increased over that time. This indicates that small businesses are not prepared at this stage to open any type of business due to the harsh economic climate which exists all over Australia at this present time.
