Fire Safety Order issued to 45 Macquarie Street, Parramatta (MP09_0167) Parramatta LGA
On 15 April 2024, NSW Planning issued Fire Safety Orders to the owners of 45 Macquarie Street, Parramatta to remove identified external wall panels on the building consisting of Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP). ACP is combustible and poses a fire safety risk. The owners are required to replace the identified ACP with a non-combustible product as well as implement other fire safety measures and provide an inspection report issued by an accredited certifier, certifying that the replacement panels and method of installation comply with the Building Code of Australia. The owners are required to implement fire safety measures to reduce the fire safety risks associated with the cladding until the rectification work is complete.
Fire Safety Order issued to Owners of Strata Plan 945347, 32 Hunter Street Parramatta (MP09_0167) City of Parramatta LGA
On 19 March 2026, the Department issued a Fire Safety Order to the Owners of Strata Plan 945347, 32 Hunter Street Parramatta to remove identified external wall panels on the building consisting of Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP). ACP is combustible and poses a fire safety risk. The owners are required to replace the identified ACP with a non-combustible product as well as implement other fire safety measures and provide an inspection report issued by an accredited certifier, certifying that the replacement panels and method of installation comply with the Building Code of Australia. The owners are required to implement interim fire safety measures to reduce the fire safety risks associated with the cladding until the rectification work is complete.

ACP is combustible and poses a fire safety risk. The owners are required to replace the identified ACP with a non-combustible product as well as implement other fire safety measures and provide an inspection report issued by an accredited certifier, certifying that the replacement panels and method of installation comply with the Building Code of Australia. The owners are required to implement interim fire safety measures to reduce the fire safety risks associated with the cladding until the rectification work is complete.
