I believe this to be a great project for the Narrabri Shire and NSW. The
company have sound credentials and such a project can only benefit the
region in terms of investment, jobs and a sustainable energy source.

Please accept this as my submission as the occupier and part owner of
Lots 1001 and 1002 in DP851989, land adjoining the proposed Canadian
Solar (Aust) P/L Project. Note: One allotment contains existing
residential dwelling, the other allotment maintains a "Dwelling
Entitlement" pursuant to Narrabri Local Environmental Plan 2012.

My Concerns are as follows;
- The distance of the project from my property boundary, which may
result in the refusal/ rejection of any future development proposal on
my land, i.e. the proposed location for the construction of a future
dwelling on my land may be influenced by the proximity of the Solar
project to the common boundary.

Where the EIS states 10 metres from the boundary, accommodation for
the above concern is required and that the proposers of the solar
development be required to remove any part of the solar farm that
offends the granting of a DA on "Danbury" property.

The impact of possible reflective glare from the project on my
existing residence and potential future residence.

Protection is required/ requested from reflective glare or otherwise
that might be received anywhere on the above identified allotments.

Please consider the contents of this submission with the respect it
deserves.
