I am concerned at the number of Education Building projects being approved as Major Projects by the NSW Government in the North Sydney Council Area. The loss of Council Funding through Rate Revenue continues to be reduced by the approval of these projects. I cannot approve the proposed project due to these factors. The University will not add anything positive to the North Sydney Community.
