Penalty Notice issued to Infrabuild NSW Pty Ltd (DA 11/94, Blacktown City Council LGA)

On 21 May 2020, the Department issued a $15,000 Penalty Notice to Infrabuild NSW PTY Ltd (Infrabuild) for the construction of concrete bunkers and an associated shed at their Kellogg Rd, Rooty Hill facility which did not form part of the approved plans. Infrabuild is currently preparing an application to Blacktown City Council for a Building Information Certificate for the structures.
